Refund & Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Refund & Replacement

At PVCWale.in, we focus on delivering the highest quality PVC card printing services in Delhi. Since our products are customized, refunds and replacements are only available under the following conditions:

• ✅ Misprint or Printing Defect: If the PVC card you receive has errors or quality defects due to our mistake.
• ✅ Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery with proof (photos/videos).

⚠ Refunds/replacements are NOT applicable for:

• ❌ Wrong details, spelling mistakes, or incorrect uploads by the customer.
• ❌ Slight color variations due to different display screens.
• ❌ Courier delays or issues beyond our control.
• ❌ Change of mind or order cancellation once printing has started.

2. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

If your case qualifies, follow these steps:

1. Report Within 3 Days: Email us at pvcwale.in@gmail.com with:
   • ✅ Your Order ID
   • ✅ Photos/Videos showing the issue
   • ✅ A short description of the problem
2. Verification: Our team will review the claim within 3-5 working days.
3. Resolution: If approved, you will get:
   • 📌 Replacement: A new PVC card printed at no extra cost.
   • 📌 Refund: If eligible, processed within 7-10 business days.

3. Return Shipping Policy

• 📦 For Approved Returns: The product must be returned to our Delhi office (address below).
• 🚚 Shipping Costs: Non-refundable, to be covered by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you don’t see your refund yet:

• ✅ Recheck your bank account.
• ✅ Contact your card/bank provider (processing delays may occur).
• ✅ If still not received, email us at pvcwale.in@gmail.com.

5. Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange:

6. Gift Orders

If your PVC cards were purchased as a gift:

• 🎁 You may receive store credit or replacement for the defective product.
• 🎁 Refunds for gift orders will be sent to the original buyer.

We may update this Refund & Return Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted here, and continued use of our services will mean acceptance of the revised terms.
